Wedding Management (Coordination)

Day of Coordination:
- 6 hours of meetings/consultations.
- Unlimited phone calls, emails, and texts to discuss any updates or modifications to the itinerary as needed.
- Day of timeline creation, review, and distribution
- Day of coordination for up to 12 hours
- Includes 1 hour of coverage for rehearsal dinner/venue walk-through with the wedding party.**
- Supervision of all vendors during set up, throughout the event, and take down if time frame allows.
- Placing all personal decor items - linens, centerpieces, general decor, etc.
- Handing off final payments and vendor tips on the day of when deliveries are received.
- All communication on the day of would go through me - including vendors, guests, and your needs.
- Includes 2 nights of lodging & all gas expenses within 150 miles of Aberdeen, WA.

Starts at: $1,500
Retainer: $375


A La Carte Offerings:
- Website Design: $150
- Invitation Design: $100
- RSVP Management: $300
- Planning Consultations: $100 hourly

** - Additional Travel Fees may apply if the Ceremony Rehearsal does not take place on the day before the wedding.
