Wedding Management

Day of Coordination:
- 5 hours of meetings/consultations.
- Unlimited phone calls, emails, and texts to discuss any updates or modifications to the itinerary as needed.
- Day of timeline creation, review, and distribution
- Day of coordination for up to 12 hours
- Includes 2 hours of coverage for rehearsal dinner/venue walk-through with the wedding party.
- Supervision of all vendors during set up, throughout the event, and take down if time frame allows.
- Placing linens, centerpieces, table decor, aisle runners, and floral set up for guest counts under 100 included.
- Handing off final payments and vendor tips on the day of when deliveries are received.
- All communication on the day of would go through me - including vendors, guests, and your needs.
- Includes 1 night of lodging & all gas expenses within 150 miles of Aberdeen, WA.
